Country of Origin: Originates from Russia. Extracted through steam distillation of needles.
Description: Refreshing, invigorating, stimulating, and strengthening. Crisp scent of a beautiful forest. The rich sweet balsam scent is derived from the needles and is wonderful for winter holiday scents or cool summer blends. It is more subtle than other pine oils, yet more spicy than spruce.
Also known as Sapin baumier, Balsam Fir, Fir Needle oil Canadian.
Uses:
Blend with rosemary, lavender or citrus for a beautiful scent. Fir needle pure essential oil blends well with many other essentials. Dilute with carrier oil for direct skin contact. Use in a diffuser.
Add a few drops to a diffuser for a great way to wake up and feel energized. Often used in room sprays, detergents, cough and cold preparations.
To make a room spray, combine 2 fl oz of distilled water with about 10 drops of fir needle pure essential oil in a mister and shake well.
