Suggestions:
For hair and scalp, add 5 drops rosemary 5 drops tea tree pure essential oils to 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of non-fragrance shampoo for washing hair.
To stimulate the mind, vaporize or diffuse 3 drops rosemary and 3 drops peppermint pure essential oils.
